Manage the Operations function for business mobile including logistics and stockmanagement, business analysis, network & IT, customer life cycle management, device life cyclemanagement and programme management. Manage the Customer Support function across Fulfilment,Assurance and Billing aspects of business customers. Management of enablement projects in-house orwith external vendors and/ or consultant groups. Establish and manage the customer experienceoperational framework. Ensure continuous alignment/ re-alignment with Telkom Business strategy andobjectives. Manage the OPEX/ CAPEX requirements and expenditure for IT and network related projects/initiatives.
