Leading Group within the Telco space is seeking a Senior PHP Developer to join their team
Your skills and experience are requried to develop web development, web application and Mobile Application projects according to the design & sitemap defined and agreed by the client in the specified time frame in order to meet or exceed customer expectations. 
Key requirements include:

Matric/Grade 12
HTML
CSS
Javascript
PHP/.NET
MySQL/SQL
Fireworks/Photoshop
Building php/my SQL based applications (Front & Back end)
Maintenance of core php based/existing applications

Key areas of focus will include:
Project Time Management:

Planned timing for projects must be within 10% of achieved time, taking into account unexpected issues.
Project sheet timing must be defined & returned to project coordinator within 3 days of requested date.
Project sheet must be updated daily
Oversee management of project delivery according to defined deadlines
New Project Development:


Meet defined project deadlines per project
Design must be 100% implemented in accordance with the layouts prepared by the designer
Site structure and functionality must be 100% implemented in accordance with that prepared by the project manager.
Assess IT infrastructure requirements so that processes and procedures run smoothly.
Maintenance & Enhancements of Existing Projects:


Attending/completing intranet calls within the allocated time frame as specified by the due date on the call.
Functionality must be implemented as defined by spec.
Project Standards:


Site testing & testing document of all developers must be signed off before agreed development deadline.
Insure Implementation of code comments on all modules, functions and changes as per defined standard by all developers.
Check implementation of framework standards by all developers.
Investigate, testing, and implementation of minor and major updates for software and frameworks
