Role details:
The purpose of this role is to oversee services delivered by various appointed vendors and to ensure that the contractual deliverables are met.
To drive service excellence and mitigate risks to the customer and to gain increased value from
their vendors.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Management of all relevant vendors
Management the service level agreements between 3rd party vendors
Ensuring that vendors are held accountable for achieving service levels
Monthly reporting on vendors who miss service levels for 3 months is a row
Drive Monthly Service Reviews with all vendors
Operational Tasks
Implementing of various service improvements to address operational issues and gaps
Implementation of customer and vendor processes that is required by business to ensure service delivery
Preparation of balance scorecards relating to Vendor SLAs
Management of 3rd party vendors
Ensure that all KPIs or SLAs for vendors are adhered to as per the customer contract
Drive monthly service meetings with Vendors
Measurement of third party services
Ensure that all processes, procedures, contracts, agreements are filled on SharePoint
P1 and P2 ticket management on 3rd party vendors
Participate and where necessary drive projects and project meetings
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years Vendor Management experience
Service Delivery experience
Project Management exposure
Experience in reporting (Excel,
Powerpoint)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant Degree (NQF 7) in Information Technology or
related
Alternatively, Grade 12 with relevant IT Certification
