Technical Training Instructor

Job Description
Maintains in depth working knowledge of one or more ACI products and possessing the ability to conduct
customer education. Fosters a collaborative working environment with the Technical Course Developer to
create new course modules. Maintains existing course modules and conducts classes which present this
information to ACI customers both internal and external. Uses data from a variety of sources to analyze
needs and propose sound training solutions. Delivers training using various learning methodologies while
ensuring learning outcome by checking for understand and skill acquisition.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
3 years application software experience and customer teaching experience.
3 years previous experience in data processing, banking/retail environment.

Highly Desired Qualifications
Post Graduate degree in related field or equivalent experience.
3 years application software experience and customer teaching experience.
3 years previous experience in data processing, banking/retail environment.
Software develop experience using Java.
