Key Areas of ResponsibilityThe successful candidate will work closely with the executive team to manage the finance function and will lead the finance team in performing their tasks. The successful person will be accountable for the creation of monthly management reports, General Ledger recons, financial statements, tax, budgeting and other financial requirements within the company.
Further to that the person will be responsible for managing the performance of the business by working closely with the operations team to drive and manage project profitability and resource optimization.
Requirements for Position
Qualification:
Relevant Financial Qualification (B.COM)
Experience:
At least 2 years' experience managing people
Experience working within a business that executes and implements projects and accounts for project profitability
Experience within a consultancy company would be a help
Skills Required:
Ability to work independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good leadership and negotiation skills
