Requirements:Relevant Degree
Comp TIA, A+ Certification (Hardware & Software)
PC OEM Certification (Advantage)
1 – 2 years’ Experience in Direct PC and Laptop Hardware Service
Knowledge of Operating Systems
Understanding of TCP/IP Networking, Hubs and Switches
Knowledge of CAT 5 & CAT 3 Cabling Termination
Support of Computer Networks
Ability to work under Pressure
