Responsible to technically consult on a wide range of complex solutions including ManagedNetwork Services, Unified Communications andCollaboration, Mobility Solutions, Software as a Service (SaaS) and Infrastructure services. To bepart of a team of high level technical andcustomer facing experts that are responsible for SMME Market Development for high value customers,complex solution assistance/ development, customer specific solutions, technical presales andconsulting support, after sales complex support, building market position by locating,developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Also enable new businessopportunities, actively assisting sales withtechnical skills and expertise in terms of complex products, services and solutions that requireconsultation and professional services.Responsible to understand and analyse the customer's organisation, market segment and communicationsinfrastructure in order to design a converged ICT solution. The information gathering, analysis andarchitectural design need to occur according to Systems Engineering principles. Translate thecustomer's specific requirements, both given and inferred, into a technical document that willresult in a final solution.
