To fully manage the dailyadministrative tasks across all functions within HC, including amongst others; Recruitment, EmployeeRelations, Training, and significantly improve the HC business processes, reporting, controls,systems, governance and general flow of work between HC team members, payroll, IT, Finance andSecurity departments, for effective and professional HC service delivery to support

Key Responsibility Areas:
 
1.    Reporting:

Ensure all headcount movements or HCevents(Leave, headcount, joiners, leavers, probation, fixed-term, employment equity, training, KPAsetc.) are timely tracked and reported to all stakeholders to provide reliable and useful informationfor HC reporting requirements(KPAs, BBBEE, sustainability data, WSP, boards, WRC, Exco and otherad-hoc HC reporting as needed);

 
2.     HC governance and administration:

Effective HC governance and day-to-day team compliance to approved HCbusiness processes relating to employees’ engagement and termination processes;
Oversee and approve HC business process on a monthly basis to ensure consistency in newemployees’ files preparations, record keeping and completeness for payroll processing,terminated employees’ files transfer and safe-keeping;
Assist with HC policiesreviews to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with all HC policies general practices andmaintenance of relevant HC database interfaced to the intranet;
Constantly review andensure alignment and availability, of third party HC entered or proposed ‘service levelsagreements’, relating to all outsourced HC services, e.g. recruitment, integrity checks,training etc.;
Continuously review, consult and implement HC business processes for each HCpillar in line with internal audit recommendations and test for compliance on an ongoing basis;
Ensure team provides timely responses and solutions for complex HR transactions, escalatedissues, and customer requests to meet established SLAs, audits and quality standards;
Actas the custodian of KPA management processes.

3.    Processes:

Police and support 100% compliance withkey HC processes, which drives the HC engine for reliable payroll data, finance and HC systems,processes to generate the HC data, controls to ensure integrity of the processes, quality

storage and maintenance of the data, quality, accurate and on-time reconciliation and reportingof all this data;

Keep up to date with business and human capital trends, practices andimplement where relevant;
Oversee HCIS initiatives to translate requirements intoprocess/functional design/system solutions that support the delivery of effective HC SharedServices;
Support HC initiatives by acquiring and consolidating data, performingstatistical analysis, summarizing and reporting results and key trends.

 
4.     Projects:

Take up projects to assist group alignment and Standardising the HCreporting architecture, and working with various internal stakeholders to align the systems andreports that feed the HC reporting;
Assist to create an engaging, enabling and productivework climate aligned to the employee value proposition;
Evaluate and build continuousservice improvements to HC programs / processes and develop new ways to seamlessly get great workdone.
Act as a change agent to drive innovation using technology solutions and processimprovements for customers;
Assist to develop and implement change managementinitiatives.

 
Job Requirements:
 
 
Education & Experience
/p>
Formal finance qualification (BCom. or equivalent)
 
/p>
Studies completed forthe foreseeable future.
 
/p>
High pass rates achieved/good academic record
 
/p>
Articles or relevant accounting/administration experience of at least 2-3 years
TechnicalCompetencies:

Advanced MS Excel. This is a must.

General systems knowledge and advantage
