Role details:
To establishing and maintaining relationship with clients and identify new business opportunities

Detailed Job Requirements:To do site visits at partners according to the tier structure.
Conduct annual SecureData value prop update sessions at partners
To respond to partner’s queries on the same day the queries was received and liaises and escalate queries to the relevant department.
Create a training plan on a quarterly basis and circulate with the relevant individuals, internally and to the partner
Send quarterly updates on certification status to all relevant individuals, and attendance register internally and to the partner
Ensure Sales and Technical people are certified according to the vendor certification criteria to maintain status
Facilitate monthly product/program updates sessions conducted by vendor or our PM's, ensure at least 70% attendance from partner – More quarterly or bi-annually depending on how many products of ours the partner has in their stable.
Circulate the training plan to partners in a monthly update email
To communicate any requirements and any changes to the Partner Programs as and when needed.

Arrange an annual strategic session to complete a business plan that is aligned with both SD and partners goals for each of your partner
Review business plan on a quarterly basis
Conduct QBR's with partners - executive attendance from partner, Channel Manager and GM National Sales
Host biannual account planning sessions to establish alignment between both AM's ensure relevant technical people are present
Ensure pipeline/forecast information is up to date in CRM on a weekly and reviewed bi-weekly with partners
Do follow up and provide feedback to the teams but as the opportunity owners cannot change it in CRM.
Keep track of top 10 forecasted and top 10 upside deals for the quarter per partner and communicate information between SD and Partner AM's - track, SD lead, Vendor lead or partner lead
Track top 5 new deals per partner per quarter
Ensure all partner lead opportunities are entered into CRM

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum education qualification is Grade 12 pass –
Minimum 2 years’ experience as PAM in IT environment
