If you are a forward thinking, solid team leader with a passion for Microsoft technologies then this is the position for youPurpose of the role:
- Manage teams delivering desktop (Flash) and web-based (HTML5) games for mobile devices (iOS/Android/Windows) to international markets
- Introduce and improve processes across multiple departments
- Provide consultation for international development teams collaborating on the delivery roadmap
- Responsible for effective planning, scheduling and capacity allocation to ensure deadlines are met
- Responsible for performance management, mentoring and coaching of direct reports

Qualifications, experience and skills required:
- Relevant degree or diploma
- Minimum of 3 years management of a development team
- Ability to mentor and performance manage a team of up to 15 staff
- Must have come from a software development background
- Knowledge of the mobile devices would be a great advantage
- Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Solid team leadership
- Knowledge of the SDLC
- Driven with good initiative
