Key Skills He/she must have written Usecase before (50-100) and very proficient in terms in Usecase creation (UML).
-Should be self-driven deliver results/outcome
-Should have experience/Knowledge of ARIS skills.
-Process mapping using BPM notation skills.
- Understanding of UX design is a desirable skill.
-Experience in Banking and Data Migration projects. -
-Should have worked as BA (Business Analyst) in projects using Agile Methodology and should have very good understanding of Agile Methodology.
-Understanding of technologies eg, Java, Database concepts.
-Understanding of systems view of application.
Understanding of Integration views between different systems.
