Purpose of the job
To take overall accountability for sales performance and channel development in the region.
• 5-7 years in the Employee Benefits industry, with sales and/or marketing exposure (ESSENTIAL)

• Building and managing relationships with current and future distribution channel partners
• Responsible for the promotion of Liberty Corporate products and training within the distribution channels
• Responsible for the management of the regional budget
• Collaborate, formulate and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the business
• The incumbent must have a proven ability to initiate/close sales, as well as manage and drive the sales of a team
Qualifications
• Relevant tertiary qualification preferable
• CFP or other industry related qualification is a requirement
Experience
• 5-7 years in the Employee Benefits industry, with sales and/or marketing exposure (ESSENTIAL)
Knowledge
• In-depth industry and regional knowledge
• Strong technical Employee Benefits knowledge
