A privately owned global freight forwarder is looking to reinforce their sales team by bringing in a Customer Retention Manager based in their Johannesburg office.This company has been operating for over 30 years and is growing from strength to strength. They offer all aspects of freight management which allows them to tailor make solutions for each individual client.
To be successful in this role you need to have a solid proven background in freight forwarding sales. In this role you will be responsible to liaise and follow up with the operations team, 3rd party service providers and clients while dealing with client queries and dealing with estimates.
If you come from a freight forwarder, and be able to demonstrate your ability to meet targets, and provide information on your key wins and achievements in current or past roles then this is an excellent opportunity to join a very well respected forwarder in which you will be given every opportunity to progress within the organisation.

Qualification:
Degree: BCom. or equivalent qualifications


Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the Clearing & Forwarding industry


Skills Required:
Negotiation and problem solving skills
