A Johannesburg basedcompany is looking to appoint a Support Services Solutions Analyst.The role involves evaluating, troubleshooting and resolvingreported faults (“events”).  The focus is on service delivery and ensuring thatinformation sharing regarding event resolution takes place at a regional level.
Knowledge and Experience:

Matric(Grade 12) or NQF 4 equivalent
Exposure to technical concepts and terms related to Windowsand servers
Understanding of Table structures, fields and flags (extensive knowledge)
Understanding of Tools required to analyse tables, fields and flags
Understanding ofERP, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, ODBC, EDI, ISAM, CRM, Cobol, Crystal reports (SRS), SQL
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in SYSPRO
Minimum of 3+ years’ experiencein Liaising with development teams
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Communicatingat regional level
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Debugging (SQL etc.)
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Troubleshooting (Conceptual understanding, analysis,debugging, troubleshooting and solution-provision)
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience inCustomer interaction (Explaining of complex solutions)
Minimum of 3+ years’experience in Regional sales office support (Demo’s solution)
Minimum of 3+years’ experience in Development exposure (.NET User Controls, C# / Vb.NET)
Minimumof 3+ years’ experience in Technical exposure (Workflow, Installations and upgrades)
Customization experience
VbScripting experience
