Matric is essential
Relevant certification or degree will be beneficial
Experience:
10 years relevant experience within a customer service role/ similar role
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role
Skills Required:
Achieve customer service levels
Prepare plans to increase stock levels
Ensure the order enquiries are monitored
Responsible for customer complaints and ensuring they are communicated timeously
Monitor trends of complaints and suggest improvements to reduce complaints
Keep all departments up to date
Ensure daily deliveries are communicated to the customer
Monitoring of deliveries until it is reached to the customer
Good communication and reporting skills
Customer orientated and ability to work with people
