The primary responsibility of theSenior Manager –Accountable to implement OSS automations according to user needs in Openserve.Implement solutions after input from the Architecture group and the Business units. Retire legacysystems as required and implement new systems to replace them. Render user support to operate andmaintain new OSS systems in Openserve. Support key stakeholders responsible for deliveringapplications as they progress through their lifecycle. All OSS systems should aim to ultimatelyenhance the Customer Experience (QoE).
