Purpose Statement:

The purpose of this role is to ensure the coordination and completion of Cquential projects on time, within budget and within scope. Work under and with the Operations Executive to oversee all aspects of the projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor,
summarize progress of projects and responsible for the projects administrative tasks. To direct the work of others through projects coordination, while relying on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish business and customer goals. Ultimately to enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and existing requests. Continually explore opportunities to add value and improve delivery.

Objectives:

Oversee and perform administrative functions concerned with projects (JIRA or other)
- Oversees all aspects of the projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of projects.
- Scheduling of regular meetings and recording of decisions, tasks and next steps
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
- Track development and efficiency stats, aligning the development team to deliverables and ensuring effective
planning.
- Coordination of project activities and communication to IC Team Leads and Dev Team Leads
- Fulfils all customers’ needs by working closely with the account manager and project team

Responsibilities:

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
? Ensure R&D Projects are well planned and meet deadlines
? Coordinate internal resources and 3rd parties/vendors for a flawless execution of projects
? Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
? Track project performance and analyse successful completions of short and long term goals
? Measure project and team performance using appropriate methods and techniques
? Ensure resources availability and allocation
? Develop detailed project plans and monitor and track progress on a daily basis
? Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and management
? Coordinate changes to project scope and project schedules using appropriate verification processes
? Report and escalate red flags to Operations Executive and account manager as needed
? Manage relationship with the team, AM and customers
? Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
? Use and continuously develop leadership skills
? Track expenses and leave schedules
? Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs and continually deliver improvements in
way of work

Knowledge required to do the Job:

? Good working knowledge of project planning software
? Good understanding of Warehousing systems (technologies and warehouse processes)
? Good understanding of the functionality of the various applications
? Good understanding of the development process
? Good understanding of the clients’ domain, business processes, IT strategies and plans.
? Good understanding of Cquential Software client management policies and procedures
? Good knowledge of project management processes
