CORE DESCRIPTION:

To manage and support customer technical solutions and
Provides general technical support, maintenance and
troubleshooting on customer systems under guidance of
technical specialists.

KEY DELIVERABLES / PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

• Operates closely with associated infrastructure service teams to meet SLA’s and resolve problems.
• Take on internal initiatives to create server opportunities and work in fast paced environment.
• Solid understanding of client/server, networking and internet technology fundamentals.
Support of Microsoft Exchange and O365 Exchange service
Support of Microsoft Teams Service
Support of Microsoft Products, which includes, but not limited to, Windows Servers, Azure AD, Active Directory Federation Services.
• Design, implementation, review and optimization of Exchange and Outlook.
• Deploying and configuring Microsoft Teams audio, video and telephony solutions.
• Capacity Management and Analysis.
• Management of reports, oversee documentation.
• General maintenance, support and troubleshooting of the Client Infrastructure.


EXPERIENCE:

3 years’ experience in the Microsoft Products, field of speciality within a large and
highly complex organisation

OR

5 years’ experience in the Microsoft Products, field of speciality within a large and
highly complex organisation


QUALIFICATIONS:

3 Year degree/ diploma (NQF 6) IT related

OR

Alternatively, Grade 12 (NQF 4) with 5 years’ experience
