Project Manager with good track record of delivery complex projects to Rail Infrastructure customers with site experience
Experience of scheduling projects.
Experience of contractual management issues and negotiations
Ready to travel - depending on what is needed to deliver the project.
Very good/experience to communicate on different levels with project core team, management, customer, partners etc
Experience of working and leading multinational teams.
Experience and understanding of financial figures and how it affects the project and how to act on that information to resolve any issues.
Experience of identifying and handling risk/opportunity.
The ability to understand the business implications of decisions and proactively use this information to improve project performance.
All Microsoft tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Primavera, MS Schedule
University background, PMI certification is good – not a must
Number of years of experience required : > 5-10 years

Key responsibilities and challenges:
The Technical Project Manager has the responsibility for implementation of the contract and delivery of the project to the customer, with a focus on time, within budget and all necessary quality and performance criteria.
The Technical Project manager is the commercial and the technical interface to the customer, partners, suppliers and internal Engineering organization, focusing on requirements, technical interfaces, and validation. He/she is the overall responsible for the technical solution and for the System delivery.
He/she is to lead, manage and control all local engineering-related activities in the project to deliver on requirements, budget and schedule.
The Technical Project Manager has the authority and the obligation to review the effort of the Core Team members and to give directives related to the project execution
He/she is to lead the Core Team effort to meet periodic financial targets
He/she is responsible for the WBS, Detailed Project Schedule, JDDP, Customer Interface, Risk & Opportunity Management, Project Improvement Management, Project Launch (including the Orange Book), Change Management and Contractual Obligation Management, Budget allocation and monitoring, Project Reporting internally both status and financial performance
It is also the mandate of the Technical Project Manager to adapt the allocation of work packages between the roles and the day-to-day delegation of special tasks to the Core Team members in order to optimize the total project
