Planning, estimating, scheduling, measuring, controlling and tracking of assigned projects.
This includes:-
Interpreting requirements
Project Charter and Project Plan creation and sign-off
Project execution
Project closure and review
Responsible for management of (human) resources for the project duration
Responsible for management of the project budget
Responsible for management of assets for the project duration.

Critical role for the success of a project.
Complexity of role:
This role brings all the necessary activities/tasks of a project together in a logical sequence to address the requirements of an agreed Project Scope within an agreed timeframe and budget.
Minimum Qualifications
PMBok (qualification with minimum 3 years application experience)
Desired Qualification
Degree or equivalent qualification
Minimum Experience
5 years IT and 5 years project management experience (minimum overlap of three years)
Technical:
Min of 3 years experience in managing IT Projects
Sound understanding of MS Projects, Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
Business:
Good business acumen in a professional services organisation.
Management:
At least 3 years in a management position managing staff.
