This leading international insurance company has offices all over the world. They have over 50 thousand people and serve in more than 150 countries. They are looking for a Business Analyst that is open to traveling and can bring a fresh outlook into the company. The company is based in a secure corporate premises in the CBD.

Minimum Requirements:
• Business Analysts experience
• +5 years’ experience in short term insurance

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prior to Implementation, conduct a Change Readiness assessment to identify implementation risks and issues.
• Define and document the As-Is and To-Be processes of the project.
• Define the scope of the project in terms of people-process-technology that is impacted.
• During the elicitation phase, facilitate interactive workshops to elicit and clarify business requirements and impacted business processes.
• Create and maintain the Requirements Elicitation Document (RED) and Project Glossary document.
• Maintain and update the Requirements Traceability Matrix.
• Ensure that documents adhere the required internal standards.
• Validate the business case and analysis with the business.
• Assist business to articulate the benefits they wish to realize with the solution.
• Participate in client planning forums and advise on solutions. Identify and highlight opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
• Related Degree

Nice, but not required:
• UML Expert courses
• BPMN course
• Business Analyst Diploma
