QualificationsAll applicants should preferably be in possession of a relevant B Degree or anequivalent NQF6 qualification.
Completion of relevant SAP Certification will be anadvantage.
Experience
3 years’ relevant experience in theSales and Dispatch Environment
4 years’ relevant experience in the SAP ERPenvironment
SAP configuration and Implementation experience will be anadvantage

Manage Customer Satisfaction
Expert knowledge and custodian of specific SAP and other applicable applications inthe Order to Cash domain, including supporting utilities, related systems and cross moduleintegration and support
Service Level Management – adherence to Servicelevels as agreed between IM and its stakeholders
Detail specification of technicalenhancements or new developments on SAP
SAP Maintenance and development requests(exploration, business case, approval process, planning, design, configuration, testing andimplementation)
Communication of SAP changes to users and training of users

Continuous Improvement drive and efficiencyof SAP Support within the company's operation in South Africa
Populationof a solution database to improve turnaround of maintenance and support logs
Interaction with 3rd party suppliers and management of the quotation and approvalprocess
