2-5 years’ experience with exposure to Process Management, Business ProcessDevelopment, Process Improvement, Business Analysis

Perform Business Analysisby:

Investigating technical problems and/or opportunities for system enhancement indetail.

Gathering data, defining and analysing the problem/opportunity.

Identifyingalternative solutions and course of action. Developer requirements satisfaction index –Developers should be surveyed to determine their satisfactions with requirements.

Projectstakeholder satisfaction index – Project stakeholders should be interviewed to determine ifthey felt their needs were met and their overall satisfaction with the requirements.
