Responsible for the management of the allocatedfunctional area or section. Responsibilities include Special Service activation and assurance,qualityacceptance and commissioning of new network elements, PABX Assembly, PABX Equipment screening,operational leadership and control, as well asthe definitions, plans and coordination of the operational objectives and deliverables in support ofthe business plan. The focus of all effort is tomanage, inspire action, motivate, develop, coach and utilizes the human capital and other resourcesin alignment & support of the business objectivesin order to enhance competitive behaviour and performance, meet customer expectations and ensurequality of network and services.
