They’re deeply curious – you are going to interrogate them as much as they do you.
Self-invested – they want more, they want to know more & they demand that their employer is as invested in them as they are in themselves.
Of course, they’re all at least semi decent developers as well.
Their technical priorities are:
• C# (You’re either already or approaching a full stack title)
• You know how to deliver decent UI – their pain is in the Angular world. They will talk to you if you know any of the modern Javascript stacks though (they’ll teach you Angular) – React, Meteor, Vue
• You’ll need some backend skills – usually projects will consumer Rest, SQL Server and the like
• Any Node skills would help you immeasurably
