Role details:
To carry out the identification, logging, and correct allocation of calls. This is to be achieved in accordance with service quality and within the allocated timeframe to meet client expectations.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
• Responsible for inbound telephonic communication with our client base
• Respond to client requests/queries in accordance with service level agreements and log requests/queries onto the system.
• Escalate requests/queries for resolution to the Team Leader/Ops Manager when required.
• Ensure the quality of service exceeds customer’s expectations
• Understanding the client product and requirements
