Roles and Responsibilities: Develops codes, tests, and debugs new modules or enhancements to existing modules
Performs maintenance on existing modules and contributes knowledge of underlying business processes and their impact on program execution, data and presentation
Writes programs according to specifications needed
Works with the technical staff to understand problems had with programs and/or presentation of data and then resolves them
Resolves customer complaints with the modules and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Contributes to the development and maintenance of module documentation such as Users Guides, Training Artifacts or Operations and Maintenance Manuals.
