Role details:
The main intention of SOX is to establish verifiable security controls to protect against disclosure of confidential data and tracking of personnel to detect data tampering that may be fraud related. The central purpose of the act is to reduce fraud, build public confidence and trust and protect data that may affect companies and shareholders.

1. Service Delivery 25%
• Full end to end process must be carried out on all the Daily SOX e-mail
• ARC controls - Daily and monthly checks will be carried out to ensure validity and accuracy
• Weekly check/comparison on ARM to the ISO applications (Eppix, L500, Callidus, MII, MII Dealer, Credit Note , Siebel EBU and Siebel C3D)

2. Incident Management 15%
• Compliant with the SOX controls and processes
• Communication/ notifications to our SOX customers/users with detailed/ factual info during an audit and your findings

3. PROVIDE SUPPORT (All ISO Apps) 10%
• Investigations
• Problem Resolution
• Application Support
• Full /Proper analysis of a request to determine the nature and extent of the support to be provided (analysis on the severity of the issue is the issue revenue impacting and the number of users impacted)
• Diagnose the problem to determine the appropriate action
• Provide information
• Provide possible solutions
• Conduct research to develop a solution
• Escalate the problem to the best possible person/ resolver group for resolution
• Ensure that escalated problems are resolved within the allocated time frame

4 SLA & Delivery 30%
• To ensure that Individual SLA's are met
• To oversee and ensure compliance and adherence to all ISO procedures and processes, IT and Security related policies and processes and any deviation is immediately addressed
• Ensure that access to ALL the systems, data and programmes is restricted to authorised users only

5. Quality Assurance, Support & SOX Compliance & Reports 20%
• To ensure that all Incidents are handled with the highest level of professionalism
• All calls must be handled in a friendly, professional manner
• To ensure the highest levels of telephone etiquette
• Respect towards co-workers / apply company values
• Productivity target set by team lead to ensure SOX compliance
• Monthly review sessions must be setup to ensure compliance. (Eppix, Mii, MII dealer, Callidus, L500, Credit Note , Siebel EBU Siebel C3D)
• Compile and distribute the monthly retail ISO Survey.
• Collate and review the results monthly
Address any unsatisfactory responses

REPORTS

• Receive SOX report from SOXAppAdmin – log a call to ISDlog once e-mail received.
• Check access for users on Job Title Changes and send out e-mails to users for them to confirm if they still require the access. If users don’t reply within 3 days after the mail was sent, revoke user access. All users under Employee exits and contract terminations must be revoked immediately from systems.
• Load all correspondence and evidence of daily SOX onto INC that was logged.
• Load all evidence on SharePoint on daily basis
• Load all evidence on ARC on daily basis
