One of the best IT companies towork for is looking for an experienced Business Unit Manager with strong sales focus and newbusiness development background. The candidate must have understanding of the current EIM market,have Sales/Account Managers reporting to them and be able to report to Exco level.

KEY SKILLS:
 

Experience in the sales of Enterpise Information Management Solutionscomprising Enterprise Content Management, Business Process Management and Experience ManagementSolutions will advantageous.
Extensive sales and management experience in the businessapplications space and/or enterprise IT solutions.
Experience selling at C-level
Analyze and explore market trends; identifying new opportunities in assigned region
Manage the sales pipeline proactively to ensure attainment of the individual and Business Unitcontributions in line with target expectations.
Responsible for recruitment across theBusiness Unit, Performance Management and coaching of the EIM Solution Sales team.
Coordinate with other business unit managers, integrating objectives and ideas fororganizational growth
Provide effective management to organization’s businessactivities that have to do with its strategic and financial growth
Drive the generalprofessional development and career development within the team.
Participates in monthlyExco meetings, business review meetings and monthly forecast discussions
Able to work in acollaborative environment as well as in a organization with virtual teams across geographicalboundaries
Perform effective financial management by managing a divisional income statementand ensure profitability attained inline with target set
Proven track record of growingcustomer and market share
Successful people management experience

 
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

The primary purpose ofthe EIM Business Unit Manager is to lead, manage, coach and develop an EIM Solution Sales team, aswell as consistently achieve revenue and profit targets.
In addition to the Sales focus theBusinsses Unit Manager is ultimately responsible for the entire business unit that includesOperations and Finance however there are line managers that are responsible for the day-to-dayrunning of these divisions.
The successful candidate must have the ability to understandthe current EIM market, but more importantly have intiatives and a strong strategy to be adifferentiator in the market and propel the business to new heights.
