Backup and media administration
Take cognisance of industry compliance requirements.
Be aware of SLA / OLA requirements.
Have a conceptual understanding of the Service delivery model.
Awareness of latest updates of Service Catalogue which form the basis of Service delivery Alignment with Client Services Models.

Incident, request and change management experience
Logging faults and following up with Vendors
Interpersonal skills/team player
Ability to work under pressure
Working after hours and eventually standby
The following is optional:
Some knowledge of backup and media management advantageous (TSM/HP Data Protector)
Some understanding of server OS (Windows, Linux, AIX) advantageous
Problem solving skills
