Job Purpose:To support Head of Studio in building and maintaining the Experience Design Studio’s talent and external relationships with the goal of supplying experience design services to the wider Standard Bank Group
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Assist in managing the Studio team including but not limited to these responsibilities:
1. Career planning and development
2. Performance management
3. Line management activities and measures
4. A stable and high performing team of designers
A team that is fully compliant with HR / finance processes and requirements
Preferred Qualification and Experience:
- Tertiary degree (Preferred: Degree in Human Factors Engineering / Software Ergonomics;
- Secondary: Degree in Cognitive Psychology; Degree in Industrial Engineering; Degree in Information Technology) (Also applicable: Certification in Usability)
Knowledge/Technical Skills/Expertise:
Where possible, the studio manager will help clients align their digital product strategies with the overall SBG Platforms strategy and Design System.
