Our client the Insurance industry is urgently seeking a Service Desk Agent. The Service Desk is the window of the entire organization; a very dynamic and fast-paced department.

• ITIL Foundation Course (not obligatory but a plus)
• Customer Service
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, procedure, policy and system information
