Role details:
In-house recruitment specialist sought to join an established brand. Our client is a global leader that has been voted best in their industry for the twelfth consecutive year. Their name has become synonymous with innovation and positioned them as a leading industry voice. They are looking for an experienced in-house recruiter to facilitate and coordinate the recruitment and selection process for all their vacancies. This role will call on your “match-making” skills and ability to work in high-volume recruitment coupled with experience recruiting for complex roles. Exposure to psychometric testing as well as experience using an eRecruit/HR system to manage the recruitment life cycle will be an advantage. To apply you will need a minimum of 3 year’s in-house recruitment experience (from entry level through to skilled level), a HR related Degree / Diploma and a valid, unendorsed drivers licence.
