Role details:
To manage and control the resources required to deliver the contracted services to internal clients, by being fully aware of the status of all services provided to the client. Initiate interaction with the client for scheduled reporting, proactive incident, problem and change management, alerting/reporting and service status changes

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
• Support and maintain VMware environment at the client
• Design and implement efficiencies in the environment
• Lead a Server and Desktop team in support of Punitive SLA
• Guide and advise Staff under your control
• Reporting
• R&D, Brining new ideas to help Client run IT road map to Completion
• Work long Hours
• Team player
• Work over multiple Domains/ production , management , QA & UAT
• Liaising with all onsite team w.r.t networking and Database delivery
• Be the Face of BCX onsite and drive BCX and Client Interests

Core Functional Knowledge/ Skills
ICT Technology; Time & Priority Management; Conflict Management; Contract Management; Relationship Management.

Qualifications
Relevant Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree (NQF 7)
Alternatively, Grade 12 (NQF5) with IT certification
VMWARE certification
Veeam Certification

Certification/ Professional Registration
• Certification in ITIL Service Management and Service Delivery modules an advantage
• ICT International Certifications in Back Office and/VMware 6 and Veeam 9 MCSA/E
