• Planning jobs schedule for daily and weekly activities
• Implement monthly preventative maintenance plan
• Manage subordinates to ensure performance according to targets and objectives
• Do electrical maintenance on all production machinery.
• Handle breakdowns during production and after hours to ensure that machines run 100% at all times
• Do fault finding when necessary on all electrical equipment.
• Do all mechanical maintenance of production machinery inside and outside the factory.
• Do maintenance on all equipment
• Buy in spares where needed
• Do HACCP documentation to ensure certain standards.
• Monitor water (HFO) levels
Requirements
• Trade certificate or equivalent qualification
• MTTB Grading
• 3 – 5 years FMCG Dairy experience
• Willing to work shifts, overtime and be on standby when necessary
