-Maintain the SMS/SCCM infrastructure
-Manage Microsoft Security Updates using SMS/SCCM
-Software deployment using SMS/SCCM
-SMS/SCCM Client Agent installation/troubleshooting
-SMS/SCCM Report generation
-SMS/SCCM Custom Reports using T-SQL/SQL -Reporting Services
-Documenting the SMS/SCCM environment
-Resolve calls logged on the call management system
-Service design, redesign, planning and implementation
-Management of security in SMS/SCCM
-OSD (Operating System Deployment)
-Manage/Maintain SMS/SQL Database
