• Provide High Level Support on all Vox Orion Voice solutions. • Evaluate, test and approve new Hardware as well as enhancements to existing products. • Interoperability Tests with major Vendors. • Ensure all Technical documents are updated and distributed to Technical teams – Knowledge transfer. • Update Knowledge base. • Monitoring of all support issues logged on CRM ensuring that correct processes are followed. • Assist Technical Team Leaders to resolve recurring problems at client sites. • Ensure Training is carried out to all technical staff. • Prepare and maintain handover documentation. • Writing of technical documentation, including detailed specification documents. • Responsible for Alpha and Beta tests of new hardware/firmware prior to company acceptance. • Visits to clients in order to expedite resolution • Pre- Sales assistance as and when required. • Research new technologies and suggest/implement new solutions to enhance Orion product offering. • Keep up-skilled and abreast of trends in the industry. • Efficient planning and execution of Alpha and Beta tests. • Production of all testing documentation and technical bulletins – Knowledge Base • Liaising with Suppliers, Developers and Orion technical department. • Maintain high Quality standards. • Effective management of test systems. • Weekly Report to Team Leader.

• Matric • N5 - Electrical Engineering (Light Current) / Tertiary Technical Qualification • Preferred, CCNA/CCNP, N+ (International accreditation) • 3 yrs Telecoms / IT • 2 yrs VoIP • 2 Years data networks
