Overall accountability for setting direction and managing group learning strategydevelopment and implementation for Telkom SOC, inclusive of crafting and delivering learningstrategy and plan for Openserve Accountable for the crafting, implementation and delivery management of learning and developmentsolutions in support of business objectives and in alignment with best practice. Responsible and accountable for the management of all aspects of learning and development andfacilitate its delivery. Act as designated Skills Development Facilitator for Telkom SOC to ensure planning, implementationand reporting of learning and development. Manage the Skills Development portion of the BBBEE scorecard on behalf of Telkom SOC. Evaluate effectiveness of curricula and customised learning solutions in multiple formats for thespecific area of responsibility. Oversee management of learning operations including bursaries, learnerships, administration,communications, learning content, equipment and tools. Responsible to manage and provide leadership and direction to the learning and development team. Drive transformational initiatives across Telkom SOC and Openserve as relevant and appropriate
