Appropriate professional accreditation in Programme and or Project Management e.g. Prince2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), PMP - PMBOK certification)
An appropriate university degree, with preference for a B Sc., B Sc (Eng), BComp Sc
MBA Advantageous
Essential Minimum 2 - 5 years Banking /Financial Institution working experience
Ideally: 2-3 years direct experience in managing successful business change projects
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies
Preferred - Project Management experience gained in a complex Financial Service environment
Solid experience in business analysis & design (especially process and organisational analysis & design)
