We are currently sourcing a Change Management – Human Resource Management on a contract based in Cape Town.

• The applicant must be able to deliver Change Management and Human Resource Management deliverables and documentation to the highest standards.
• The applicant must have proven experience in Business Transformational Projects and, in particular, experience in re-aligning and redesigning the entire human resource function within this context.
• Experience of 5-7 years or more in Change and Human Resource Management within a transformation and ERP implementation environment is a definite requirement.
• Examples of the following documents completed by the applicant must be submitted with the application:
• Human Resource Strategy;
• Organisation Design Strategy;
• Skills Audit Strategy; and
• Job description.
