Minimum Required Skills:Education equivalent to Bachelor Degree in Business, or the equivalent in related work experience.
Seven or more years of progressive experience in integration, project and/or process management
Five years’ experience managing teams.
Five or more years of core business operations experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrate sound knowledge including but not limited to various financial policies, corporate SOP’s, data analysis, reporting and LEAN principles.
Demonstrates accelerated proficiency in SQL Server and Microsoft Office
Strong technology knowledge is required.
Experience in ERP is preferable.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for delegating the tasks necessary for gathering and analyzing critical information and data during the due diligence process of a ‘project’, as well as the timelines that are associated with each one.
Establish and implement team structure, standard operating procedures, key performance areas, and manage this on an on-going basis.
Ensure full end to end functional and system testing plans are put in place and fully adhered to
Design test specifications that meet expectations.
Establish and implement requirements gathering processes in line with best practices.
Communicate project priorities, monitor and escalation of unresolved issues and corrective actions.
Design and implement a quality control strategy.
Manage a team of Business Analyst’s and Testers.
