MIN REQUIREMENTS:
? 5 years’ minimum proven industry related experience interacting directly with end users, in similar position in the telecoms environment.
? Huawei BSS experience a plus
? BSS experience a must.
? Java development/ .NET /C# etc (Some sort of Dev background.)
? OO Analysis design and programming techniques.
? DBMS experience
? PL/SQL
? Expertise with various frameworks.
? PCI Banking/Online payment a plus.

Qualifications:
? Comp Sci/Engineering degree
