Role:

We have a vacancies for new business / account management sales representative(s).
The successful applicants will be able to engage with prospects and customers, whether on the phone, face to face or written, and position our products and solutions, all the way through to the actual sale as well as on-going customer account management. This is a challenging and varied role, and will only suit a self-motivated individual wishing to develop their sales abilities and earn a high salary through successful wins. Full training is given both internally and externally on our products, solutions and customer references.

Responsibilities:

Ability to meet / exceed business targets expressed in terms of profit and customer satisfaction.
To manage existing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction for all commercial transactions as well as upselling within existing customers.
To identify prospects, win new customers and manage all commercial aspects working with our sales support, finance & operations and technical teams.
Develop effective, multi-layer relationships with customers, demonstrating your knowledge of their business and their decision making process
Conduct customer meetings and dialogue which supports your retention and growth campaign, fronting all commercial & contractual activity, and accurately record all sales activity on the central CRM system
Operate within published commercial and contractual guidelines, making effective use of escalation routes
Be capable of running your own sales campaigns whether into prospects or existing customers, will support from the sales team, suppliers and manufacturers
Comply with all elements of the company sales process, and with all company policies and procedures
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Skills / Attributes Required:

Proven experience in working closely with customers, building relationships with the right people in any organization
Ability to articulate winning account plans and translate into tangible sales activities, successfully engaging internal or supplier sales support teams
Self-aware - the ability to identify your own weaknesses and short-falls and work with a team of senior sales people, to help improve and develop your skills.
Essential: Keenness and aptitude for working with a team and on your own.
Self-Motivated and willing to come out of your comfort zone
Understanding of Information Technology products, specifically ''Network'' related products (Firewalls, LAN, Wi-Fi, Core Network Functions).
Fluent written and spoken English, competence in written dialogue (e.g. internal and customer emails)
Excellent Telephone Manner
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to influence and persuade
Outgoing, open minded, motivated and enthusiastic
Can do, positive attitude
Maintain a professional and polite disposition at all times
