Role details:
Urgently looking for an IT Systems Analyst for my client based in Sandton. Essential is TIBCO AMX or TIBCO BPM and a relevant IT Qualification.

To interface between business and BT Infrastructure to scope, facilitate and manage end-to-end system solutions and ensure all infrastructure meets business, security and compliance requirements.

Partner with business and technology lead domain experts to elicit and translate business requirements into suitable technology solutions

Develop roadmaps in line with stakeholder needs, best practices, and THE CLIENT’s change process

Co-ordinate and facilitate annual working sessions for the roadmap to add, change or remove initiatives

Ensure roadmaps align BT priorities with business partner needs, that they include appropriate targets and have been validated against business objectives

Build professional trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, displaying sound abilities to listen, advise, influence and consult at all levels

Liaise with various business stakeholders to provide information and assist with queries

Communicate proactively to manage expectations

As an internal consultant during the design and execution of solutions that cater for specific business requirements and advise management on best practices

Assist BA’s and Architects to translate strategic decisions into business solutions

Participate in building a long-term infrastructure roadmap for all IT systems architecture

Adhere to all processes within the system development life-cycle and ensure that a consistent framework is applied across the business

Develop and prepare documents for the design of solutions that meet system and security requirements

Participate in producing requirement specifications, technical documentation, test packs and training material

Assist in providing input into the budgeting process

As required, track spending against agreed objectives

Assist in promoting the use of a shared infrastructure and application roadmap to reduce costs and enhance information flows

Ensure roadmaps have appropriate targets and are validated against business objectives

Manage and deliver on projects and provide feedback thereon Manage project resources to ensure delivery


Technical Pre-requisite

Sound general IT knowledge and a technical understanding of relevant hardware and software technologies

High-level architecture design skills

Able to design, integrate and manage complex infrastructure solutions

Demonstrated experience with business process and performance modeling, benchmarking and financial analysis

Project management skills

Vendor liaison skills

Microsoft Office

Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant IT qualification

5+ years’ enterprise infrastructure experience in a corporate environment
