The purpose of this role is mainly to diagnose, investigate & resolve incidents
Diagnose, investigate & resolve problems
Perform request fulfillment
Execute pre-planned tasks as per documented instructions
Executes daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and as needed tasks as defined per technology / product
Perform predictable, repeatable and automated day-to-day system management & support, implement & maintain standards
Demonstrates experience of having designed, implemented & supported large complex solutions for Active Directory Services
Stron analytical & troubleshooting skills
Strong in documentation - capable of drafting technical design documentation
Demonstrates ability to operate well in high pressure environemtns continually & consistent
Strong prioritization skills - needs to be able to deliver on multiple high priority activities
Advanced scripting skills will be beneficial
Minimum experience:
1 Year Infrastructure & Application Architecture
5 Years Active Directory Support & Maintenance
3 Years IT Service Management Functions (ITIL, MOF, ISO9000)
3 Years Technical Solutions Deployment
5 Years Technical Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
