Education):• IT Service Management (ITIL) preferable
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Technical Training
• Relevant Training Certificates (HP, IBM, DELL, CISCO) – A MUST HAVE
• Relevant Networking Certificates (CISCO, HP) – A MUST HAVE
(Skills Required):
• Good communication skills
• A strong team player
• Strong Technical IT skills (Hardware based – Servers, Blade Servers, SAN, Switches)
• Good Presentation skills
• Good Implementation skills (Hardware based)
(Description):
The highly motivated individual will be providing Technical IT Training to local and international clients. The job entails a lot of travel (local and abroad) and the working of late hours on occasions. The individual must show initiative, show hunger for technology and be willing to learn and grow with the company.
