Senior Sea Import Controller required for an International Clearing and Forwarding concern.Strong leadership qualities, high energy levels combined with your extensive experience in sea freight imports will make you the ideal candidate for this role. Responsibilities:
Strive to continually achieve business drivers and KPI’s.
Monitor and measure all SLA’s and address deviations.
Develop new strategies and establish opportunities for new business.
Customer liaison and ensure service delivery excellence.
Financial management, monitoring and analysis.
Maintaining high standards of productivity.
Develop and manage a motivated team
Mentoring and training.

Qualification:
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary qualification in Sea Freight logistics preferable.

Experience:
5 to 8 years experience in Imports and Exports Sea Freight within the Clearing and Forwarding industry is non-negotiable.
