Job Description
To manage the functional operations and related activities by implementing standard operating procedures, monitoring cost and profitability of the admin cost centre and ensuring the teams achieve their objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities
Performance and Financial Analysis
1.Interpret the financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
2.Actively participate in the annual budget process 3.Optimise all available working hours of all staff Operational Efficiency
4.Implement KPI dashboard and improvements
5.Attain 100% stock accuracy between physical and BPCS records Proactive Communication
6.Maintain high quality service and interaction with client, suppliers and other departments
7.Ensure weekly meetings are effective and all issues are resolved Success through People
8.Develop team structure through recruitment, training and appraisals
9.Establish productivity targets and exceed these
