Minimum Requirements
B.Sc/B.Com Information Technology/Computer Science preferred
ITIL Service Management framework certified
7+ Management experience – pref. managing a team
Solid Database knowledge – ORACLE, PL/SQL
Solid Development knowledge
Preferred Financial services industry knowledge
Infrastructure experience would be an advantage but not essential
