?Solid enterprise level support and troubleshooting involving:
Microsoft Hyper-V, VMM, MS Clustering
Windows Server 2008/2008R2
Windows Server 2012/2012R2
1st, 2nd and3rd Line Server
Networking topology
Application trouble-shooting
Exchange
WSUS
DFS
SQL
Microsoft AD/DNS/DHCP/GPO
? Proven experience in providing support to VIPcustomers and users in a highly
professional environment.
? Strong ability to communicate oral or written feedback and technical informationto
all levels of end-users
? Experience in monitoring softwareresponsible for monitoring business critical
services
? Liaises with 3rd party vendors to resolve escalated incidents, problems andqueries
?Updates all calls assigned timeously with a complete audit trail ofaction and events,
follow up on escalating calls to ensurecompletion
?Develops and maintains a professional working relationship with theclient and client
end-users in support of the Service DeliveryManager
?Team player as part of a small, focused onsite team and broader virtualteam, but
able to work independently
? Creating and updating documentationrelated to installation procedures and
troubleshooting

?SAN Storage (would be advantageous)
? Enterprise Antivirus
? Enterprise Backup
? File and Print services
? Change Management
? Networking and SCCM/SCOM (would beadvantageous)
